They have great reviews for a reason. I called around to check quotes at other shops, A&R was by far the most reasonable. They are fast, thorough, trustworthy and fair priced. I ended up having to repair more than I was planning to, but not for a moment did I feel they were up-selling. They even washed my car, which I was not expecting from a small neighborhood shop. After the “New customer discount”, I rolled out of there the same day for at least a thousand less than I would’ve spent at a dealership. I will be back.

Allen and Ralph are the best! They have taken care of my car for nearly 20 years. They are honest, fair and trustworthy. I definitely recommend them!

Allen is very cordial and very honest. I had a random issue pop up on my bmw and after testing my car for a few days and checking fault codes, could not duplicate issue. Instead of trying to come up with something just to charge me, he charged me nothing. That gesture speaks volumes, and when I do need future service, I will be coming to his shop again.

The Service was very professional, Staff super friendly, Called me with updates, only positive experience, old parts were presented to me with explanation what was damaged or used up. Second Visit - same fully professional service, if only there were more places like this .....
