He is a true expert, he diagnosed a drivetrain issue on Friday morning and helped find a solution a few hours later and he was able to source the required parts to fix it very quickly by Monday morning. I am glad I trusted him, he's a true expert at his craft so you can count on him. :)

I took my car here after the dealership suggested a lot of work. Ralph thoroughly inspected my car and let me know what was absolutely necessary. I paid less than 1/3 of what the dealership quoted and some work was not even needed. Not only was Ralph honest about the repairs needed, but was able to complete the job in less than 2 days. Highly recommend for all Mercedes repairs!!!!!!!!
