Our BMW needed new brakes and rotors. Called Ralph and got a quote right away and scheduled a service appointment for the next week. A week after that, while it was raining, I found out my new Audi's wipers were't working. Even though A & R doesn't service Audi's, he came out and quickly tightened my wiper's so I could drive in the rain and gave me a referral to an Audi shop down the street. Look forward to getting our BMW regular service at A & R.

Ralph and his staff have taken care of my BMW and now my Mercedes for many years. Ralph could’ve charged me for a schedule B service which would’ve been pricey, but he was honest and let me know I didn’t need a schedule B service. I only needed the schedule A service which is less expensive than the schedule B service. He also replaced an old key battery for my car key clicker. He completed my schedule A service and under an hour, and I was in and out and ready to go. This place is awesome, thank you Ralph and your staff.
