Ralph was such a professional! He got me in so much quicker than the Mercedes dealership could have and for literally half the price. It’s so refreashing to see such honest hard workers do such a thorough job with such integrity. I checked 3 places for prices and Ralph is as honest as they come. He got the job done so fast and my car feels so great and safe. I’ll only go to A&R now and never Mercedes dealership!

11-14-2024 This is an updated review from the ones, I have written previously. Ralph and his team at A&R are the most honest and finest mechanics in the South Bay. Their objective is to give the consumer an honest and quality experience and return their cars in 100% prime working condition. I recently had my wife's Mercedes in for replacement of a motor in her seat belt unit. I received the price quote from Ralph, and the car was ready on time and for the amount estimated. I highly recommend their services.

Ralph and his team are the best. This year we had to have an axel replaced on our Mercedes GLA. I shopped around to make sure we were getting a good deal. A&R quoted us a great price and the service was fantastic. What I like most about these guys (beyond the fair pricing) is their communication. I'm not a car guy so I appreciate the extra care and detail they put into their quotes. They also don't nickel and dime you on the small stuff. If you're looking for a smart, trustworthy mechanic, this is your guy.
