My recent experience with my Mercedes E 320 was consistent with the reasons both my wife and I have our cars serviced by Ralph. He quoted me a price for replacing my engine and transmission mounts and said he could have it completed in one day. My car was ready in two hours at $60 less than his original estimate. During the two years I have had my cars serviced at A&R, he has consistently performed ahead of time estimates and below projected cost.

I went here on a reference from my friend that works on BMW's only, but has moved on from that practice. I spent $3200 on my '06 330CI and it wouldn't run after going to another local German car repair shop. That shop had it for a week, at least, to try and fix my issue. A&R fixed it within 24 hours. $160 an hour is a bargain as I have found out. A+ auto service for E46 BMW's. 100% reference. Right parts and mechanic matters.
