The best mechanic in the South Bay bar none! Had been recommended about using this shop a couple years back. I do not regret the decision. Professionalism and a feeling of comfort is how I can describe the service here. 5 STARS 🌟

Ralph and his staff have taken care of my BMW and now my Mercedes for many years. Ralph could’ve charged me for a schedule B service which would’ve been pricey, but he was honest and let me know I didn’t need a schedule B service. I only needed the schedule A service which is less expensive than the schedule B service. He also replaced an old key battery for my car key clicker. He completed my schedule A service and under an hour, and I was in and out and ready to go. This place is awesome, thank you Ralph and your staff.

Ralph was such a professional! He got me in so much quicker than the Mercedes dealership could have and for literally half the price. It’s so refreashing to see such honest hard workers do such a thorough job with such integrity. I checked 3 places for prices and Ralph is as honest as they come. He got the job done so fast and my car feels so great and safe. I’ll only go to A&R now and never Mercedes dealership!
