I called Ralph and set the appointment, was given a totally fair estimated price. Took the car in at requested time and was told when it would be ready and that they would call with any updates. After inspection (very thorough) received call with update for possible service needs. After consultation, decided what needed to be done and had the services performed. No upsell, no pressure and very professional and knowledgeable. Got the car back as promised, got my first time customer discount which was a pleasant surprise and will be back when I need something done. Came away 100% percent happy with price, quality of work and feeling like this is where I want to have my car serviced in the future. I am a total believer in Dealer servicing for life but this experience at A&R has changed my mind. I will not be returning to South Bay BMW where it has gotten progressively worse as far as price, attitude and customer care. Jim S
