Not very talkative but they get the job done right and are very knowledgable. They send you a list of jobs they can do according to your car data and you can approve or decline service for each. one.

Ralph is an AMAZING mechanic. He is the only one I trust to work on my classic Mercedes. He is fairly priced and a wizard mechanically. So grateful to have him around as a resource. Don’t hesitate!
