Ralph was so nice and honest and really knew his stuff. My old German gal has been in the family a long time and he took great care of her. He called me to let me know what he found and I felt in good hands. He even washed her for me. Great experience and a true Benz guy. Fair prices as well.

As usual, they took care of my car (oil change, door lock repair, cigarette lighter repair, brake fluid drain and replacement) and exercised integrity (price of part lower than expected so they reduced the overall price vs initial quote. Who does that? Well they do because they have integrity. I will certainly continue returning. Car repair shops that exercise integrity are rare. I'm thankful to have found this one. Thanks!
