I chose to bring my Mercedes to A & R because it received very good ratings and is a local business. I was very pleased I chose them. They were efficient, knew exactly what I needed for the required MB service and returned the car to me on time and completely washed. I like the fact that the owners are on the premises and make sure that everything is done satisfactorily. Their fees for the services are substantially less than that of the MB dealer and on top of it all I was given a $50 new customer credit. I will continue to use A&R for my future service and I highly recommend them.

This is George Stephen Parker made my appointment for a 30,000 mile check up on my 2015 Mercedes c300 4 matic two days earlier for 11:00am on a Wednesday. I picked up the car in the middle of the afternoon. They always are great about calling me and telling what they have done and what my need to be done in the future in my case was the 2 rear tires. I usually go to Ocean Tires on Aviation. Ralph and Allen always polite, profession and patient particularly to answer any and all questions. Before I drove off Ralph sat with me in front seats to show me how to activate a variety of functions that can activate or deactivate. Ralph mentioned to not hesitate to drop by if any more questions come up about operating any dashboard functions. Simply a great team and I highly recommend.

I have been going to A&R German Motors for many years for my MB car services. I trust them, they are highly skilled German auto mechanics. They do not take advantage of adding on extra service that can wait for another time, if budget is limited.

The owner/mechanic Ralph at A&R German Motors has maintained my BMW 330i since 2017. Lately, Ralph replaced battery on my BMW for reasonable price with 3-year warranty (Parts & Labor). Ralph is trustworthy, skillful and kind; and I appreciate the excellent job he’s carried out.

I took my car here recently for the first time and I really liked this place. I have a Mercedes and liked the experience of servicing it with Ralph much more than at South Bay Mercedes.
