Cutting the cord with the BMW dealer, A&R is my go-to place now. I saw the super Yelp reviews and called to get some idea of a clutch replacement cost, Cathy took my info and within a short time I received a call from Ralph. He had all the info, answered my questions, and I made my decision to go with A&R after a ridiculous quote from the dealer. I am so glad I did. Ralph kept in touch, the car was done in two days, and he even replaced a couple transmission seals at parts cost in the process. He's thorough and precise in getting the work done. When I picked up the car it was washed, and he offered to go on a test drive with me, which was pretty nice of him. I learned he worked at Vasek Polak, and for us old-timers we remember Mr Polak and his dealership fondly. I can't say enough about A&R and they have earned my business for both my BMW and my wife's Mini for life. And a shout out to Cathy who is the glue that holds everything together, she was awesome!
