I have been going to A & R German Motors for the past 3 years and Alan and Ralph have been extremely professional/trustworthy/knowledgeable/prompt. And their service is top notch!! The location is great, very clean, easy access. I would absolutely recommend them and will continue to use them for all of my car repairs/maintenamce going forward.

I called in the morning to see about availability of getting the oil changed for my BMW that day. They were able to get me in and I had my car back within a couple hours. Great service, great price would highly recommend to service your car!

Allen and Ralph were extremely kind! Quick turn around, honest, and made my 2012 650i gucci again! Even gave me a discount without having to ask for one!

6/22/20 Update: I continue to be highly satisfied with the ease and flexibility of scheduling my service on short notice. Their pricing continues to be very fair and they are efficient in performing the necessary repairs to keep my older model BMW running great. Alan and Ralph are always friendly, professional, and honest. Prior: In my experience taking my car to A&R German Motors, I have always found the two owners to have high levels of integrity and I trust their recommendations. They do not over sell in an attempt to have the customer perform unnecessary services. In addition to doing great work, I have always found their prices to be very fair. I have recommended them to any of my friends needing a great independent BMW or Mercedes mechanic in the South Bay.

I have always had my car serviced at the dealership. Upon moving to LA, reviews of surrounding dealerships were mediocre and this shop had high reviews so decided to give it a try. I brought my vehicle in for a service B and front brake pads. They were on time with the maintenance repairs and recommended a few additional items that I should address later. Not pushy sales at all. It is convenient location to my home and pricing is slightly less than going to a dealership.

Very honest and straight forward. I felt like I definitely left my car in good hands. I was quoted almost immediately, and the pricing was fair and there were no surprises. I was having a LOT done on my car and they got it done in a timely manner. Super glad I found these guys, cause now I have a got to mechanic.
