I have a 2003 MBZ e55 omg. This is a very old but very good car. Alan and Ralph have been taking care of it for years and it's a lot cheaper than buying a new car if they make one like this nowadays

This was my first time going to A R German Auto and I worked with Allen. My son dropped off the car, Allen called me to advise me of the situation, he gave me options for repair and a decision was made. Allen was patient and honest In communicating about repairs and helped me decide on a service that could be made and would cost less. That for me was very impressive. Allen was courteous, professional and inspired my confidence in his abilities. Kathy, his administrative counterpart, was pleasant and friendly as well. I’m sure I’d go back to A R German for future repairs. Kudos to you for great service.

My first time here was based on all 5Star reviews and I was not disappointed. Service was prompt, done right and fairly priced. What's not to like? I returned today to have a headlamp replaced in my wife's MB. I called and was quoted $10. The replacement entailed putting the car on a lift, removing a wheel, removing an access panel, replacing the bulb and reversing the initial actions. I expected an additonal labor charge, but there was none. The owner said " a quote is a quote". I insisted on leaving additional $$ for a tip. The place has great service and every time it is done correctly in a timely way - a very reasonable prices.

Ralph is the best. He was able to turn around an oil leak issue and get my car back to me in a day and 1/2. Great shop and reasonable pricing.

Ralph and Allen are the best!!!!! They will never do you wrong. They provide great service and are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them if you have a German car. I’ve been bringing my 1989 Mercedes 560SL to them for well over a decade and could not be happier with their high level of professionalism and great service.😊

I used to take my bimmer to dealerships or far-away euro shops for maintenance. Up until I met Allen. Now I have a local shop I can rely on for my bimmer needs and advice. Its convenient with reasonable prices. I highly recommend this shop. They make sure your car is up to par, fixing minor details, that us regular drivers do not notice. Check'em out. I highly recommend these guys!
