had an appointment, but didn't show up. Called later that week to see if they can take me in that day and they did. Everything was done quicker than expected. Feel like I can trust them with whatever issue my BMW may have. Will only be taking my car to this place

I spoke with Ralph, he was very friendly and helpful which is nice because I’m a female. He explained everything that needed to be done and the pricing and overall it was a wonderful experience I would recommend anyone to go there as I will be going back
