Great service as usual!

These guys were fantastic to work with. Quick estimate, work actually done the same day even though I left the car for two. A couple of small things they just did for free since it didn't cost them much for time. They helped me put together a time staggered prioritized maintenance plan to spread future work out over a budgetable time frame.

Very happy with my first experience at A & R German Motors. Allen was informative and thorough, quick communication following air conditioning diagnosis, and very reasonable cost.

I’ve been trusting my vehicles to Ralph, and before him, Andy for 20 years. I’ll leave a review for Ralph now because he’s my current mechanic. I cannot say enough good things about him. I 100% trust him and his work. Nothing but integrity from him since the beginning. When I buy a car I consult with him first. He treats me like a client, not a “customer”. It’s a long term relationship, like you would have with your trusted doctor. It’s a really nice thing to have a smart and trustworthy mechanic. To never have to think twice about his advice or recommendations. Actually, I wish I trusted my doctor this much!

I have been going to A & R German Motors for the past 3 years and Alan and Ralph have been extremely professional/trustworthy/knowledgeable/prompt. And their service is top notch!! The location is great, very clean, easy access. I would absolutely recommend them and will continue to use them for all of my car repairs/maintenamce going forward.

I called in the morning to see about availability of getting the oil changed for my BMW that day. They were able to get me in and I had my car back within a couple hours. Great service, great price would highly recommend to service your car!

Allen and Ralph were extremely kind! Quick turn around, honest, and made my 2012 650i gucci again! Even gave me a discount without having to ask for one!

6/22/20 Update: I continue to be highly satisfied with the ease and flexibility of scheduling my service on short notice. Their pricing continues to be very fair and they are efficient in performing the necessary repairs to keep my older model BMW running great. Alan and Ralph are always friendly, professional, and honest. Prior: In my experience taking my car to A&R German Motors, I have always found the two owners to have high levels of integrity and I trust their recommendations. They do not over sell in an attempt to have the customer perform unnecessary services. In addition to doing great work, I have always found their prices to be very fair. I have recommended them to any of my friends needing a great independent BMW or Mercedes mechanic in the South Bay.
