The process couldn’t have been easier and Ralph was great. I would recommend making an appointment if possible. They were so great to fit me in and fixed my car very quickly but I could see how busy they were and how appointments would be best for everyone.

My husband Tony and I have been taking our Mercedes 320 to Ralph and Allen for years; without fail, we've found it easy to schedule an appointment, and have had complete confidence in their ability to assess a problem honestly, take care of it knowledgeably and in a timely manner, and charge a fair price for doing so. Unlike some experiences we've had with dealers and other auto repair businesses, we have never once felt taken advantage of. We know if they tell us some work needs to be done, that it truly needs to be done. And, to top it off, both of them are friendly and personable. We're delighted to recommend them!

Ralph was AH-MAZING!!!! Great guy... very personable, knows his stuff, honest, and FAST! He is officially my GO-TO guy should I ever need anything again. Not only because he beat the dealer's price, but he's just an ll around great guy/mechanic! THANK AGAIN, RALPH!!!! :-) 2nd Review... I trust them 100% They communicate well, are very patient, and I don’t feel pressured. I’ve been to well known places in the South Bay where I was told I needed to replace things that my car doesn’t even have, and where original trims were replaced with cheap aftermarket parts without my approval, and have been charged for things that were not done. I am very happy I found this place.
