I have always had my car serviced at the dealership. Upon moving to LA, reviews of surrounding dealerships were mediocre and this shop had high reviews so decided to give it a try. I brought my vehicle in for a service B and front brake pads. They were on time with the maintenance repairs and recommended a few additional items that I should address later. Not pushy sales at all. It is convenient location to my home and pricing is slightly less than going to a dealership.

Very honest and straight forward. I felt like I definitely left my car in good hands. I was quoted almost immediately, and the pricing was fair and there were no surprises. I was having a LOT done on my car and they got it done in a timely manner. Super glad I found these guys, cause now I have a got to mechanic.

Easy appointment scheduling. Work completed in time advertised. Fast and friendly service. Affordable pricing. A & R was way better than going to dealership service department. These guys are great! It's nice to find a mechanic that's honest and looking out for your best interest. I will definitely be a customer for life. Update: Service is still remarkable throughout the years. A&R is by far the best Car Mechanic Shop out there!

Update June 2020: back for brake service per regular maintenance schedule and these guys are still the best! Efficient, very reasonably priced, and honest. They helped me figure out what I can do to get BMW to cover cost of an injector service . Still highly recommend.****These guys are the best! Fast, honest, reliable. Second time here for routine maintenance and they go above and beyond! Forget the BMW dealer, go to A&R instead.
