Arrived around 4:25 pm today Thursday, August 6, 2020, as there was a warning light on the dashboard. Ralph was on duty and addressed the issue immediately by hooking the car up to the computer to see if all systems were functioning 100%. It turns out the battery needed to be replaced. Ralph said he would be happy to change if we were able to wait for a short time. fifteen minutes later the battery was changed the bill paid $259 and we were on our way. Ralph not only has the knowledge and experience to solve the problem but is forever understands the value and importance of customer service. Thank you, Ralph. As long as I have my 2015 Mercedes C 300 A & R will have my business and happy to make any and all recommendations.

Paid a low price for a pre-purchase inspection saved me a couple thousand on my purchase. Integrity is hard to come by with mechanic shops but I trust A&R. A&R inspected the car on my way there and gave me a run down of quotes on repairs. Thanks for exceptional service!

These guys were fantastic to work with. Quick estimate, work actually done the same day even though I left the car for two. A couple of small things they just did for free since it didn't cost them much for time. They helped me put together a time staggered prioritized maintenance plan to spread future work out over a budgetable time frame.

I 100% trust him and his work. Nothing but integrity from him since the beginning. When I buy a car I consult with him first. He treats me like a client, not a “customer”. It’s a long term relationship, like you would have with your trusted doctor. It’s a really nice thing to have a smart and trustworthy mechanic. To never have to think twice about his advice or recommendations. Actually, I wish I trusted my doctor this much!

I have been going to A & R German Motors for the past 3 years and Alan and Ralph have been extremely professional/trustworthy/knowledgeable/prompt. And their service is top notch!! The location is great, very clean, easy access. I would absolutely recommend them and will continue to use them for all of my car repairs/maintenamce going forward.
