I was told by a gas station attendant that there was a coolant leak on our BMW X3. This morning, Ralph hoisted the car up and spent 30 minutes looking at it and came back and said no leak and no charge. He topped off the coolant for free. He wouldn't accept payment. These guys couldn't be more honest and fair. They came to my wife via word of mouth recommendation. I highly recommend them to everyone!

I've been taking my BMW's to A&R for 8 years. Ralph is the only independent mechanic that has ever had my full trust and I often consider keeping a BMW in the garage just so I can continue supporting this business. If you don't have a German car, maybe you should consider getting one just so you can support A&R German Motors.

Alan and the staff at A & R are reliable, prompt and very professional. I just happened to come upon this business by chance, so it was truly my lucky day when I found them. I will only get my BMW X5 serviced by then from here on out, no more dealing with the dealership and all of the negativity that comes with that! I highly recommend them.
