Easy appointment scheduling. Work completed in time advertised. Fast and friendly service. Affordable pricing. A & R was way better than going to dealership service department. These guys are great! It's nice to find a mechanic that's honest and looking out for your best interest. I will definitely be a customer for life. Update: Service is still remarkable throughout the years. A&R is by far the best Car Mechanic Shop out there!

Update June 2020: back for brake service per regular maintenance schedule and these guys are still the best! Efficient, very reasonably priced, and honest. They helped me figure out what I can do to get BMW to cover cost of an injector service . Still highly recommend.****These guys are the best! Fast, honest, reliable. Second time here for routine maintenance and they go above and beyond! Forget the BMW dealer, go to A&R instead.

Ralph And Allan ia the best BMW service I’ve found - with one 2002 X5 that got 235k miles to my current 2002 X5 with 155k miles I won’t have anyone else work on the cars. Completely honest, reasonable and all around good people. They are very highly recommended.
