I went to A&R German Motors to fix brake pad issues. Allen Otani was fabulous. He explained everything that needed to be done, was flexible with my schedule to drop off the car and had it fixed within the timeframe promised.

Easy appointment scheduling. Work completed in time advertised. Fast and friendly service. Affordable pricing. A & R was way better than going to dealership service department. These guys are great! It's nice to find a mechanic that's honest and looking out for your best interest. I will definitely be a customer for life. Update: Service is still remarkable throughout the years. A&R is by far the best Car Mechanic Shop out there! Will only trust my vehicles with A&R.
