My car’s check engine light came on so I went to Ralph for the first time (boyfriend highly recommended A&R). Ralph did a great job communicating with me about my car’s repair and did a B service as well. He also fixed my broken parking break handle that I had completely forgotten to mention. It was clear he closely inspected my car and did his best to repair what was needed. He is an honest and trustworthy person, and I am so thankful to him and his shop. At the dealer I would have definitely been overcharged for this quality of service. I would gladly give my money to Ralph instead. My car is running great so far, so thank you Ralph!

Always professional, helpful and fair pricing. Car is getting up there in age, fixed an oil leak, radiator leak and did oil change at last visit. They included additional repairs needed while working at no additional charge. This is a great neighborhood shop who is always willing to help even with small issues, tire pressure, change a headlight….great service!

First time costumer of A&R. They did a great job inspecting my newly purchased 2003 Mini Cooper. Oil change, filter changes. Also fixed thermostat leak, and power steering leak. Told me I need new front brake pads, but that could wait. Very reasonable pricing. Good customer service.

This was the first time I came in for service. I brought both of my Mercedes C300 for maintenance. I called during Christmas time and they still booked an appointment for me. They fixed both cars on the same day and took care of everything. They even fixed a flat tire at no charge!! They didn’t have to but still gave me a first time customer discount. I plan on bringing my cars for routine maintenance and any future work needed. Things went very smoothly. I’d recommend A&R for Benz service.
