I had a BMW and was looking to buy a Mercedes. I called AR German Motors one day and asked a bunch of questions and Ralph was very helpful, answered all my questions, and took the time to talk with me. That Mercedes didn’t pan out. Four months later (in December 2022) I did purchase a 2019 Mercedes that I have since taken it to Ralph twice, for service ‘B’ and for other installation upgrades. I am so pleased with the work they did. They installed a diamond grill, a LED emblem star, running boards, LED high and low beams (yep, didn’t have LED high or low beams), and of course, did my service. Ralph and Kathy are friendly and awesome. I love the work Ralph has done so far and I look forward to many more years with AR German Motors!!

They do an awesome job. Got my oil change and brakes done this time. Very trustworthy and nice and they do great work. Happy I found them for my older German girl. They take great care of her.
