A&R has fair prices and timely work completion. I have used them several times over the last few years. One very high mark is that Ralph has a good memory and if you ask him to look into something, when you pick up the car he always remembers to tell you what he did or discovered. Cruz, San Pedro.

Work was performed on time at a reasonable price by very friendly staff. This is my second year for annual service with A & R and I will definitely use them for any future repairs on my 2016 BMW X3.

My 1st time using this shop, and I am completely satisfied. Ralph Professional, courteous, at fair prices. Allen even called mSun. morn, as he was working through the weekend, to let me know my car was ready for p/u if I cared to get it a day earlier. Who does things like this anymore? Allen does. My CLK320 Convertible will be make for regular service, and unexpected repairs. Thanks, Allen, Ray This is my 2nd time using A& R and Ralph handled my car like a champ. He got my part early and cam in on a weekend day to install it and put my car back together. I picked it up today, Tues, when he told me he wasn't expecting the part till later this week. Bravo, Ralph! Third time at Ralph's sole owner shop, and the service is great!

Brought my car in because there’s no cold air from my A/C. Ralph examined the car and explained the issues to me, as well as giving me options for repair. Repair was done in no time. Highly recommend this place for BMW owners.

As a local resident, I would love to support local businesses. A & R German Motors does not disappoint! As other reviews, they are obviously experienced and good at what they do. I was here for an engine oil and brake fluid service but will definitely come back for other things.

My battery was dead. I almost couldn't get the car started. When I pulled, left the motor running! They were so helpful despite being swamped. I drove off 1/2 hr later with a new battery & peace of mind. These guys are very professional & kind 🤓
