A&R German Motors does an excellent job of servicing both of our Mercedes. Ralph and his team are honest and professional. They quote a price for service and generally do better for their customers. They estimate the scope and timing to complete a project, and have always delivered on time. In an industry of some questionable performances, Ralph and A&R consistently perform at the highest level.

I scheduled an appointment in advance for oil change and battery registration. Ralph checked for other maintenance and informed me that my BMW was due for a brake fluid flush which I approved. The service was done timely at a reasonable price. Definitely plan to continue having my BMW serviced at A & R German Motors.
