Great service, reasonable-capable

Usual cordial, prompt and effective service by Allen. Had routine "A" service with brake fluid flush performed recently. MBenz dealer had charged 2.5 times more for same service--although dealer did include a "free" loaner, car wash and donut. A&R is the only place I take my Mercedes for care now. For donuts, I go to Crispy Creme.

Ralph the owner was able to get me in same day to fix a window regulator. The repair was finished in a few hours, plus he performed a complete check of all systems on the car. He recommended a prioritized list of issues that should be addressed. I would definitely recommend his shop for all repairs.
