First time costumer of A&R. They did a great job inspecting my newly purchased 2003 Mini Cooper. Oil change, filter changes. Also fixed thermostat leak, and power steering leak. Told me I need new front brake pads, but that could wait. Very reasonable pricing. Good customer service.

This was the first time I came in for service. I brought both of my Mercedes C300 for maintenance. I called during Christmas time and they still booked an appointment for me. They fixed both cars on the same day and took care of everything. They even fixed a flat tire at no charge!! They didn’t have to but still gave me a first time customer discount. I plan on bringing my cars for routine maintenance and any future work needed. Things went very smoothly. I’d recommend A&R for Benz service.

I have been taking my MBZ and MBW cars to A&R since for almost 10 years. Both Allen & Ralph are easy to work with and they seem very honest. There are several times when they had to troubleshoot something and the solution was either free or inexpensive. I know many shops would take advantage of this situation. These guys are also very knowledgeable and well trained. I don't typically recommend mechanics, but I trust these guys.
