My 1st time using this shop, and I am completely satisfied. Professional, courteous, at fair prices. Allen even called me on a Sun. morn, as he was working through the weekend, to let me know my car was ready for p/u if I cared to get it a day earlier. Who does things like this anymore? Allen does. My CLK320 Convertible will be make for regular service, and unexpected repairs. Thanks, Allen, Ray

It’s been a long time since I was this satisfy with my car service. At that time, I found a local 2 man auto repair shop and he treated every car like it was his own. I presented challenges to him as I had a DeLorean, and before that a Lancia. I have had minimal service issues with my E-350 Blutec, but it seems like every time I took it to the dealer, I had to take it back within a day or two for additional repairs A&R was very thorough, fixed my immediate problem and gave me a good idea of issues I will probably see within the next 10,000 miles!

I took my car to A&R based on all the glowing five-star reviews after a dealer gave me a $1000+ estimate for basic service/inspection. The reviews were right! A&R was great from start to finish -- I scheduled an appointment, they took my car on time, serviced it within the time promised, for much less than the dealer. They explained what work was done, and upcoming work needed, prioritizing what needs to be fixed when, and the cost of the future work. So glad I read all the great reviews and came here, will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
