A&R German Motors does an excellent job of servicing both of our Mercedes. Ralph and his team are honest and professional. They quote a price for service and generally do better for their customers. They estimate the scope and timing to complete a project, and have always delivered on time. In an industry of some questionable performances, Ralph and A&R consistently perform at the highest level.

As usual, these folks were professional and efficient. Had the car done within the time promised. Great people.

I scheduled an appointment in advance for oil change and battery registration. Ralph checked for other maintenance and informed me that my BMW was due for a brake fluid flush which I approved. The service was done timely at a reasonable price. Definitely plan to continue having my BMW serviced at A & R German Motors.

Last year at a smog check, I found that the hood of my BMW 540 would not unlatch. I also needed an inspection service. The turnaround at another South Bay repair shop would have taken too long so I took a chance on trying A & R. What surprised me was the quick turnaround and that the bill was reasonable (and that I could actually read and understand it). They also gave me a discount coupon for my next visit. Just last week, my power steering went out and the engine started overheating. After it was towed to A & R, Ralph was able to diagnose the problem, fix it quickly, and check out whether there were any other issues. It is great to experience such professional, competent, and friendly service and to know that there is someone I can trust.
