My 1st time using this shop, and I am completely satisfied. Professional, courteous, at fair prices. Allen even called me on a Sun. morn, as he was working through the weekend, to let me know my car was ready for p/u if I cared to get it a day earlier. Who does things like this anymore? Allen does. My CLK320 Convertible will be make for regular service, and unexpected repairs. Thanks, Allen, Ray This is my 2nd time using A& R and Ralph handled my car like a champ. He got my part early and cam in on a weekend day to install it and put my car back together. I picked it up today, Tues, when he told me he wasn't expecting the part till later this week. A&R has handled my car service both quickly and professionally. Communication from Ralph is excellent and both straightforward and accurate. In today' s world it its challenging to find auto service you can trust, but A&R has my complete confidence.

8/1/22 Update: A&R German Motors continues their excellent service and fair pricing. I had an appt. and Ralph finished the work quickly at a price that would be 1/2 what having the work done at a dealer would charge for their “service special.” 1/17/22 Update: My experience at A&R German Motors has continued to be great and my prior comments still apply. Alan and Ralph consistently exceed my expectations in terms of time to diagnose issues and complete repairs at a fair price. 6/22/20 Update: I continue to be highly satisfied with the ease and flexibility of scheduling my service on short notice. Their pricing continues to be very fair and they are efficient in performing the necessary repairs to keep my older model BMW running great. Alan and Ralph are always friendly, professional, and honest. Prior: In my experience taking my car to A&R German Motors, I have always found the two owners to have high levels of integrity and I trust their recommendations. They do not over sell in an attempt to have the customer perform unnecessary services. In addition to doing great work, I have always found their prices to be very fair. I have recommended them to any of my friends needing a great independent BMW or Mercedes mechanic in the South Bay.

Ralph is very thorough explaining everything he has done and the prices are very fair for high quality work. I plan to use A & R as long as I own my S500.

Great experience. It was my first visit to A & R and they were wonderful. They fixed my windshield washer pump for much less than I was quoted elsewhere. I am so glad to have them as my go-to repair facility for my BMW X5.
