Incredible service! I brought my Mercedes ‘05 CLK500 convertible in to figure out why the top wasn’t working, and they figured out the issue AND fixed another problem in less time than they originally estimated. Will only be bringing my car here for future repairs and servicing.

Alaan is beyond believable. Had a major problem with my convertible top and he got it taken care of. It started out as one of those mystery electrical system bugs and snowballed. He hung with it and got it done. Gave new definition to integrity, quality service, fair pricing and overall great Customer Service. I will never go to the Dealer again as long as Alan and Ralph are around to take care of my cars. I have sent 3 people to them and all have been treated with the same courtesy and professionalism. If they can't fix it, they will tell you and tell you where you need to go to get it done correctly. I've never trusted any mechanic like I trust these guys. Jim S

Had a Mercedes B service, brake flush, front brake pad and air conditioning maintenance. Expert and timely work. My Mercedes is 11 years old and in excellent condition. I’ve been a customer of A& R for 10 years.

I have been taking multiple cars to A & R for a number of years now with no complaints at all... Their service is always reliable and very efficient, again I have no complaints... They really know how to treat their customers concerns when it comes to the overall cost of repairs as well... I have checked over the years comparing overall cost for parts and labor and A&R is more then fair on both... Again compared to other "European Auto Repair Shops" in the area... Their customer service is "outstanding" and Ralf is the best...!!! You can always rest assure that your car is in very good hands...:)

1/17/22 Update: My experience at A&R German Motors has continued to be great and my prior comments still apply. Alan and Ralph consistently exceed my expectations in terms of time to diagnose issues and complete repairs at a fair price. 6/22/20 Update: I continue to be highly satisfied with the ease and flexibility of scheduling my service on short notice. Their pricing continues to be very fair and they are efficient in performing the necessary repairs to keep my older model BMW running great. Alan and Ralph are always friendly, professional, and honest. Prior: In my experience taking my car to A&R German Motors, I have always found the two owners to have high levels of integrity and I trust their recommendations. They do not over sell in an attempt to have the customer perform unnecessary services. In addition to doing great work, I have always found their prices to be very fair. I have recommended them to any of my friends needing a great independent BMW or Mercedes mechanic in the South Bay.
