Great experience. Car was promised at 2.00pm and I did get the car at 2.00pm

I have been taking my MBZ and MBW cars to A&R since for almost 10 years. Both Allen & Ralph are easy to work with and they seem very honest. There are several times when they had to troubleshoot something and the solution was either free or inexpensive. I know many shops would take advantage of this situation. These guys are also very knowledgeable and well trained. I don't typically recommend mechanics, but I trust these guys.

They were very professional. The turnaround time was quick and the prices extremely fair.

They checked out the drain on my old battery and determined there was no unusual drain. The old battery was replaced in amazingly short order.
