My 2003 Mercedes was experiencing an odd battery drain even when the engine was off. It caused the battery to die over time. Ralph and Alan diagonised the the situation quickly and found a succesful resolution to the situation. They are extraordinary profesional and great to work with. And very honest. I once made the mistake to take my car to the "authorized dealer". A bad experience. Overpriced, impersonal, and mis-diagnosed.
