First time at A & R German Motors. I went in for regularly scheduled maintenance and Allen was professional, didn’t oversell and had my car ready as promised. I will be going back when I need additional service.

After being jerked around for 3 days by a neighboring repair shop who charged me 300.00 for doing nothing, A&R took care of my problem, and the following day, my car was ready and running. Also went the extra mile and recommended add'l repair issues. Trustworthy and knowledgeable. Thanks, they now have a repeat customer.

These guys are absolutely legit! Allen and Ralph are great! The work was done fast and the car is running nice. They are super honest - only replaced the front rotors where almost every other place (including the dealer) would have replaced both front and rear rotors. The price was excellent as well - given that they use genuine parts and the level of service they provide. Will be back next year for an oil change :)

I have been coming to this auto shop for my 1990s BMW for years. Both Ralph and Allen are very honest and excellent expert technicians. When comparing to other shops, prices have been lower, and the jobs have always been done very well and timely. I recommend this shop to anyone who needs car assessments or repairs.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish here! I scheduled an appointment, they took and returned my car on time, honest pricing, took the time to explain everything wrong and prioritized what needed to be fixed versus what could wait, and they even washed my car! I couldn’t believe it! Love this place. So glad I read all the great reviews and went for it! Can’t recommend them enough!
