I called Ralph and set the appointment, was given a totally fair estimated price. Took the car in at requested time and was told when it would be ready and that they would call with any updates. After inspection (very thorough) received call with update for possible service needs. After consultation, decided what needed to be done and had the services performed. No upsell, no pressure and very professional and knowledgeable. Got the car back as promised, got my first time customer discount which was a pleasant surprise and will be back when I need something done. Came away 100% percent happy with price, quality of work and feeling like this is where I want to have my car serviced in the future. I am a total believer in Dealer servicing for life but this experience at A&R has changed my mind. I will not be returning to South Bay BMW where it has gotten progressively worse as far as price, attitude and customer care. Jim S

A&R German Motors has again performed amazing work on my vehicle. They have allowed me to maintain my 15 year-old 2006 BMW 550 in excellent condition and at a very affordable price. They perform all work on time and identify recommendations for possible future work; making sure the car will continue to run well and safely, while never pushing unnecessary work. I've had several BMWs and have had work done in the past at other places. But I plan on always returning to A&R for work that I can trust. It's been well over a year since my last service work there, but for my most recent service this week, Ralph and Allen greeted me by name, remembered me and my vehicle, and were clear and upfront about all work and costs. I would highly recommend A&R German Motors.

I took my car in for a routine service. And Allen worked on my car as soon as I brought it in, and he is always very patient and professional in the way he handles me and my car. There were a few extra things I needed him to look at, and he did so and advised me on the issues. I feel very confident when I take my car to this service shop because they don’t nickel and dime you, their prices are reasonable, and they don’t create a long list of things you need to do to your car for it to run correctly. It’s good to have a repair service that is honest and competent. I would advise any German car owner to use this business for all of their service and repair needs.

The best place if you want top quality work and exceptional customer service. They not only know your car, they know your name, really listen to your concerns, get you back on the road without mumbo jumbo like I’ve had with other car shops, and don’t charge you an arm and a leg. I have a bunch of work needed and done on my cedes. They never fail me. They always go above and beyond. Saved thousands $$$ coming here when I took the time to price compare. Price compare!
