Alan was able to fit me in during the busy holiday schedule for repairs on my 2011 GL450. The compressor on the vehicle lift was going bad and they were able to get the part in the same day off service. They are honest and the work is solid, so glad they are close by so it's convenient for drop-off and pickup.

Incredible service! I brought my Mercedes ‘05 CLK500 convertible in to figure out why the top wasn’t working, and they figured out the issue AND fixed another problem in less time than they originally estimated. Will only be bringing my car here for future repairs and servicing.

Alaan is beyond believable. Had a major problem with my convertible top and he got it taken care of. It started out as one of those mystery electrical system bugs and snowballed. He hung with it and got it done. Gave new definition to integrity, quality service, fair pricing and overall great Customer Service. I will never go to the Dealer again as long as Alan and Ralph are around to take care of my cars. I have sent 3 people to them and all have been treated with the same courtesy and professionalism. If they can't fix it, they will tell you and tell you where you need to go to get it done correctly. I've never trusted any mechanic like I trust these guys. Jim S
