I was having some trouble with my car battery, so I took it in and they helped me immediately. They were so knowledgable and communicative. It feels great to know there is a reliable auto shop in my neighborhood. They also gave my car a bath, and she's so happy now! Thank you!!

A&R is an exceptionally professional and friendly shop and in over 10 years of service I have been happy will all of their work for me. This week a passenger side door handle was separated from my car and I feared a hefty price for repair. Luckily, I took it to Ralph and he reattached it at no charge. Allan showed me that the suspension bushing were leaking and needed to be replaced. Quoted a fair price and used factory parts and completed the job the next day when he said it would be done. Excellent service!

the AC in my 2011 Mercedes E350 was not working, and two other Mercedes shops had already worked on the car without solving this issue, and I was getting frustrated. I took it to A & R, where I met Ralph, who diagnosed and resolved the issue; the AC has worked as it should since the repair was done. I truly appreciate the courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism from Ralph. From now on, A & R has a new customer. It is so important to find a shop that one can trust.
