Ralph and Allen both worked on my car to solve an unusual key situation. I had a Mercedes key made from an independent locksmith. After paying $250 the key didn’t work correctly. I was told by the locksmith I needed a new infrared sensor on my door.. Ralph and Allen got it working and I was so pleased with their knowledge and skill. I did not need a new sensor. Thank you A&R. You’re the best.

Ralph and Allen continue to be the best. Completely honest, and highly recommended to help keep your BMW in the best shape for years. I’ve been coming to Ralph to work on my two 2002 X5s for almost 10 years. Got 235,000 out of my Black one and going for 250,000 in my Gray one. No one else touches my 2002 X5. If you have an X5 take it to Ralph.
