My 2003 Mercedes was experiencing an odd battery drain even when the engine was off. It caused the battery to die over time. Ralph and Alan diagonised the the situation quickly and found a succesful resolution to the situation. They are extraordinary profesional and great to work with. And very honest. I once made the mistake to take my car to the "authorized dealer". A bad experience. Overpriced, impersonal, and mis-diagnosed. A & R German Motors is the only place I would take my car and recommend them highly to anyone who needs work on their car. I feel so lucky to have found them. They are simply the best!! Go there! I recently returned to have my brakes replaced and sunroof fixed. Ralph did an excellent job at honest prices. They are the best!

Ralph and his team are great! They had the part on hand and were able to repair my car quickly. They also charged me less than what was quoted so that is always appreciated! It is nice to know that we have an honest repair shop in town.

I had to bring my BMW in for repair on short notice. They were very responsive and within an hour had diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate. The repair was done the next day (new alternator) and the car runs great. Friendly, knowledgeable and great service.
