Usual cordial, prompt and effective service by Allen. Had routine "A" service with brake fluid flush performed recently. MBenz dealer had charged 2.5 times more for same service--although dealer did include a "free" loaner, car wash and donut. A&R is the only place I take my Mercedes for care now. For donuts, I go to Crispy Creme.

Ralph the owner was able to get me in same day to fix a window regulator. The repair was finished in a few hours, plus he performed a complete check of all systems on the car. He recommended a prioritized list of issues that should be addressed. I would definitely recommend his shop for all repairs.

The odometer and passenger side window needed repair and A&R also performed an engine and complete vehicle diagnostics which they performed to my full satisfaction. Knowledgeable advice and great service was provided. Thank you!

My 1st time using this shop, and I am completely satisfied. Professional, courteous, at fair prices. Allen even called me on a Sun. morn, as he was working through the weekend, to let me know my car was ready for p/u if I cared to get it a day earlier. Who does things like this anymore? Allen does.
