True FIVE STAR service! I found a very trustworthy place to fix my car. I scheduled my first appointment time and when I got there, they took me right on time. All prices are upfront and everything is reasonable and no upsell. Ralph is a very knowledgeable, honest and very kind person. My 10 yrs old car's problem was not a simple fix. He figured out the best way to deal with the problem. I appreciate his 'customer first' thinking. I definitely will go back there again!!

I recently went to A&R for the first time with my Mercedes, and was VERY impressed with the results. The service was done in a timely manner, customer service was friendly & professional, and they even went out of their way to call the dealership to price a specific part for my car. My Mercedes ran so nicely after it was serviced, and I know I can trust A&R next time my car needs attention. I'll be back!

After being referred to a shop just across the highway from these guys I had been taking my BMW to this other shop for countless visits that for some reason never seemed to conclude with my problem solved…this other shop threw their hands in the air urging me to get rid of my car - saying “it’s the oil making it misfire” …that coming from a highly reputable shop / then the BMW dealership - they too were not able to diagnose the problem - they wanted to schedule me for an almost $800 test that as it turns out is not needed. A&R heard my concerns and without gouging ne as the others had done, A&R did what the others found impossible….I still need repairs but there’s not a question that if you have a BMW in the Southbay, don’t waste your time and money taking it to those other so-called “experts” ..thank you very very much A&R!! I was in a panic when my 3 year old car suddenly would not start. The dealer had zero availability for 10 days. I remembered one of my best friends raved about Ralphs help. I called and with in an hour my car was at the shop for service. ( 4 pm ) I knew in no time I needed a new battery. ( 4:30 pm ) my car was ready for me at 9 am the next day. Amazing and efficient , this repair shop is “old school” fabulous service and customer care. I will never go back to the dealer.
