We have a Mercedes E-550 and we were having the hardest time finding a reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanic that catered to foreign automotives, specifically Mercedes. They ran a full and completely thorough diagnostic and figured out what was exactly wrong with our vehicle with a comprehensive list of repairs listed in order of significance I.e. safety repairs first, extras after (I really appreciated that). They even found a shady repair that had been done by a previous mechanic. They were quick, knowledgeable and decently priced. I will be bringing my baby back to them with no hesitation and I definitely recommend you give them a try if you were having any doubts. You won’t be disappointed! - Danny

I took my car in 4/8/22 for a battery check because of a warning light. I made the appt and Paul explained what would be done. He took me in right away and tested and replaced my battery in 30 minutes. I didn’t compare prices so not sure if I got a deal or not, but I trust A & R more than any other auto repair shop for my Mercedes Benz. My previous experiences with them cause me to believe they are honest and competent. I would advise any German car owner to use this business for all of their service and repair needs.

The heater in my car stopped working. I had the problem diagnosed at a dealership and at A & R German motors. The repair required a new assembly. The work was done in a day by A & R German Motors rather than the two or three days I expected and for several hundred dollars less than the dealership would have charged me! I am very pleased!!

I spoke with Alan, he was very friendly and helpful which is nice because I’m a female. He explained everything that needed to be done and the pricing and overall it was a wonderful experience I would recommend anyone to go there as I will be going back-this was my initial review 1.5 years ago- I’ve been back since and I love the service!
