Excellent service. Why pay those expensive dealer fees for servicing your Mercedes Benz, if you can go to A&R German Motors and pay a fraction? You still get your German vehicle with high quality service... and you are just not paying an expensive showroom’s overhead.

Ralph & Allen are the best around. Been going there for years now and even though we moved, still won't take my BMW anywhere else. Good work & good advice at a fair price--way less than the dealership and they know the cars inside & out. You won't be disappointed.

Honest and to the point. A&R book my ML-Class for an appointment and repaired it the same day. The repair was ABSOLUTELY reasonably priced. Totally thrilled to have such a competent crew to keep my truck running tip top!

I had some work performed on my 2005 CLK320 a few weeks ago and I am very happy with the work that was done. The convertible top is working perfectly now, and I have tested it quite a bit. Additionally some other minor work was done and they didn't kill me on the price. I think I may have found a real jewel here. A Benz mechanic who is honest, priced fair and does the work in a timely manner, what more could your want?

I no longer live in the area and no longer have a Mercedes, but my husband has a 2011 BMW. We recently received what I assumed was an outrageous repairs estimate from the mechanic near our new home. I trust Allen and even though I haven't seen him in three years I called and asked if he could look over our itemized estimate. He took the time to go over it with me and I felt much better. Have been taking my BMW to them for a while and they're great. I had two issues I mentioned to them and one was a small crack on the window and they actually told me to call some glass places as they could repair it and it would be much less expensive than having A&R replace it. How awesome is that? They also told me that brakes were getting fairly close to needing to be replaced but that they were still just fine until next time. Again pretty awesome. No upcharging...no uncessary costs. Really like these folks
