Purchased a previously owned E350 a few months ago and it needed an A5 service. I called Mercedes dealership to get a quote and what the A5 service entailed and was surprised at the cost. A & R provided the A5 service for substantially less. The location is much more convenient for me.

Allen and Ralph are highly experienced technicians they have been taking good care of me ever since I've had my 2006 BMW 330i for a few years now with there unbeatable prices and quality service. Their really honest and straight forward so there's no confusion.

In my experience taking my car to A&R German Motors, I have always found the two owners to have high levels of integrity and I trust their recommendations. They do not over sell in an attempt to have the customer perform unnecessary services. In addition to doing great work, I have always found their prices to be very fair. I have recommended them to any of my friends needing a great independent BMw or Mercedes mechanic in the South Bay.

The charge was good and decent, the service was excellent, the technicians were very helpful and I got my car back within 2 hr (i brought my Mercedes in for B service).

This is the only place I will ever take my Mercedes. Allen and Ralph are so helpful, are never pushy and always go above and beyond what is needed. The turnaround time has always been way less than I expected so I truly can’t recommend this place enough.

Highly recommend A&R German Motors. Needed to find a reliable local establishment to perform an oil change and brake service and discovered this hidden gem. Allen was efficient and informative about the required service for my 2014 BMW 435I. They also gave me a new customer discount and washed my car! Can’t say enough positive things!
