I transitioned service from the dealer to A&R German Motors for our MB vehicles in 2018. A&R provided services thato were reasonable, met my affordability threshold and finished per their commitment. The quality of the service is sound as there hasn't been any ancillary or latent effects observed on our 2006 vehicles. The team maintains a courteous and professional disposition in all of our engagements. Nothing but kudos and appreciation for A&R German Motors.

Got an appointment within 24 hours. Arrived with car and was swiftly checked-in. Car was ready on-time and received a "first time customer" discount that I wasn't even aware of. Everyone was very friendly and professional and made us aware of upcoming things like brake changes after another 8,000 miles.

I am an new customer and went to A & R for my A3 service. They did a great job and I was done in about 40 minutes. I will be coming back and will have my wifes mercedes serviced there when we need service for her car.

I have a 2003 MBZ e55 omg. This is a very old but very good car. Alan and Ralph have been taking care of it for years and it's a lot cheaper than buying a new car if they make one like this nowadays
