My car just went out of warranty and it was time to get the A3 service for my MB. I always dread having to deal with auto repair places, because you just never know if they are people that do the right thing by their customers, or ones who will rip you off. As this is my first MB, I've heard horror stories about repair costs, but after checking Yelp for several places that specialize in MB's, I selected A & R and am very happy with them. The place is clean, though lacking in a nice wait area. I worked with Allen, who was very professional. Much to my great surprise, the service price was under $125! My fear was that I'd get a call that something else more expensive was wrong, but no, everything was good and I was in and out quickly. I do recommend making an appointment, as they are pretty full. I'm very happy to have found them. They are true to their good ratings and I will be coming to them for as long as I have my car.
