I had some work performed on my 2005 CLK320 a few weeks ago and I am very happy with the work that was done. The convertible top is working perfectly now, and I have tested it quite a bit. Additionally some other minor work was done and they didn't kill me on the price. I think I may have found a real jewel here. A Benz mechanic who is honest, priced fair and does the work in a timely manner, what more could your want?

I no longer live in the area and no longer have a Mercedes, but my husband has a 2011 BMW. We recently received what I assumed was an outrageous repairs estimate from the mechanic near our new home. I trust Allen and even though I haven't seen him in three years I called and asked if he could look over our itemized estimate. He took the time to go over it with me and I felt much better. Thank you so MUCH!

Have been taking my BMW to them for a while and they're great. I had two issues I mentioned to them and one was a small crack on the window and they actually told me to call some glass places as they could repair it and it would be much less expensive than having A&R replace it. How awesome is that? They also told me that brakes were getting fairly close to needing to be replaced but that they were still just fine until next time. Again pretty awesome. No upcharging...no uncessary costs. Really like these folks

A & R are absolutely the best. I’m extremely happy I found them. Honest and friendly, they are always willing to explain and give you insight. They not only take care of my two Benz, but they have helped me by advising on what car to buy and what not to buy when I took several cars for them to inspect. I have to say I consider Alan a friend…. Not just my mechanic. If you are looking for a good and reasonable mechanic for your german car, A&R are the guys you need to talk with.

So happy that I tried this place for the Mercedes I just bought. I thought their prices were fair and they fixed a couple of things for me that I didn't even ask for. Owners are respectful and communicate well. I will definitely use them again. So happy that I also got a car wash that wasn't obviously going to happen considering the location and space constraints. Don't know how they did it! Follow up. I dropped by the other day because I was in the neighborhood and my headlight went out. They popped in a new one in 2 seconds and charged me $10. I'm so happy! I have actually been to mechanics before who have tried to charge me labor on replacing a headlight lamp. These guys are not like that.

As always the A&R Team was up front with information and didn't provide any surprises. They got my 89 Mercedes in working condition and avoided unnecessary work
