I took my Bmw in for vehicle inspection.Ralph found oil starting to leak, he recommended me to take back in 6 to 12 months time. So, I will go back to A&R is my goto independent and I’m glad I found them.

Great service. I appreciate how A&R always updates me on my cars condition and what future repairs are on the horizon. This time they told me my tires were critically worn out. One tire went flat that day! I was prepared to have new tires replaced because of the advice I got from A&R.

The team at A & R German Motors is always excellent. They correctly diagnose issues and solve them without issue. I have had a couple of times where my 11 year old CLK had what could have been a serious problem but they found a smaller issue and fixed it easily. Service is always great, prices are right and their attention to detail is excellent.

I’ve owned BMWs for over 20 years (325, 328, 550) and A&R is the only business where I’ve received quality service at an extremely affordable cost. Both Allen and Ralph are very experienced and have been able to accurately diagnose any issues and have always provided great communication about cost and time of work. Most importantly, they stand by their work. When a related issue to an initial service occurred, they addressed it at no cost. They have never recommended any extra unnecessary work, but have still always demonstrated that they care about the quality and safety of their work. If trusting the people and the work done on your vehicle is important to you, then I highly recommend going to A&R for any maintenance and repair work.
