A total unexpected experience!! I stopped in to see if I could get a front left turn signal bulb replaced. The dealership wanted to write a work order and have me wait for an hour and half to do this. The owner stopped working on a car, placed the new bulb in and when I asked about cost, he said "nothing". When was the last time a skilled mechanic would give you a part free with labor? I gave him a tip and will return. So nice to see a neighborhood service center where they avail themselves to customers and are generous with their time. I'm coming back!!

A&R German Motors did a masterful job on my 11 year old BM convertible! Had the "B" service and it was done better and at a more reasonable cost that the dealer with which I did business for 8 years! Allen was very forthright and factual about what the car needed, what it didn't need and things to follow going forward. I came away, not only impressed with the quality of their work, but more importantly, with a trust in them! They are my go to place from now on!!!

Shocker I'm sure but I had such a great experience here, first since moving to the area. I was ripped off by three other shops and was hesitant to go someplace new again. But I had a wonderful experience with this shop the people are good at what they do and don't need to rip people off to make a living. Thanks!!!

My wife bought a 2017 MB C300 in Arcadia. But we moved to Redondo Beach and needed her first service. Was going to take it to Southbay MB but saw their reviews. Was conflicted so I went on the internet, turns out I do not need to go to dealer for services so I Yelped. Found A&R German Motors with great reviews. What sold us was that these guys are certified mechanics for German cars. So I messaged them through Yelp, got back to me with in 2 hours, we took it in, took about 2 hours. They were professional, relaxed, and the place was nice & clean. Oh, and the kicker... less than 1/2 the price of the dealer. My dealer in Buena Park says my E350 is due for brakes. Glad to have such a great business so close and convenient.

I have been bringing my 450GL Mercedes to A&R German motors for years now. Both Allen and Ralph are wonderful to work with! They have been able to fix the car as well as service the car when needed at a very affordable price and work with my budget to fix only what is necessary and come back to fix the rest a bit later. They always tell me exactly what it will cost before they start and do not keep my cars for days but in most cases have it back in the afternoon. The last time I had work done was right before a trip and called in the morning to see if they could fix it and the car was so dirty I almost didn't take it to them because I was embarrassed. Not only did they fix the car but cleaned it(yes, that is how dirty it was)! They are just awesome
