Friendly and quick service, clean shop, and reasonably priced. The mechanic showed me what the problem was instead of just telling me. I got my car when promised and was surprised to come back to a freshly washed car! This was my second time here and will consider A&R "my" shop from now on.

The best, saves you ton over dealer, faster service as well. They really listen and do not try and over sell you. In fact my last service I could have paid 500 or more and they told me no way I needed this service.

All I can say is these guys are awesome, They are honest ,reliable and always have done great servicing an all three of my BMWs, Never upselling me , I can and do recommend them to any one I know for BMW and MBZ Repairs

So far, so good. A&R has served me well over the past few months. I tend to not give out praise too quickly, but these guys deserve some credit. Normally I'd make this a four star review to give it some more authenticity, but since everyone else gave 'em 5 stars and they haven't done me any wrong, 5 stars it is.

My first time going here. Allen was able to do an A service for my 2012 MB E350 in 35 minutes. He quoted me an hour. The price for the oil change was definitely better than having it done by some unknown tech at the dealer. The only downside is that the waiting area is located inside the garage, some of us have been programmed that the garage area is off limits to customers. Also there is a nearby crossfit gym that plays their music loud enough to be distracting, drowns out the garage's jackFM type music. I will be back in 6000 miles.

I have always taken my car to the dealership because I was never sure who I could trust. I found A&R through word of mouth, and decided to take my car in for minor repair work. The work was done on time and they were very professional. I didn't feel any pressure for additional services I didn't need. Not only did they fix the problem at hand, they also took care of this recurring problem I've had with the weatherstrip coming off - without being asked and no charge. The car was washed and ready to go as promised. With independent shops like A&R, you get to know the people who actually do the work and build a rapport with them, unlike you would at a dealership. I'd forgotten how nice that is. It was a pleasant experience overall.

Allen is my hero!! I live in Sonoma but found my dream BMW at a dealership close to A&R. I wanted to make sure the car was worth the 400 mile drive, so I called Allen and he was so helpful! I've never owned a BMW, and was nervous about buying one from a dealership so far away. The dealership dropped the car off and he was able to go over it the same day. He called me only a short while later to tell me what was up. He gave me peace of mind that the car I found was indeed in great condition. I've had the car a week now and couldn't be happier! I only wish I'd gotten into town early enough to stop by in person to say: Thanks Allen!! -Erica
