The most positive, easy, transparent mechanic experience I have ever had. I have been coming here for over 5 years and Allen, Ralph and Cathy are wonderful. They are fast, clear and helpful. They never try and push anything on me. I've received quotes from them, gotten a 2nd opinion and A and R always comes back less expensive with the least amount of work required. So thankful I have a local, trustworthy business to rely on. I have referred numerous friends who have had the same experience.

I've been coming here for years; they already know me by name as soon as come in.. Allen is very helpful and honest. Really hard to find a good and honest mechanic nowadays. Unlike other mechanics, they only tell you what is necessary to be done. No overselling! I'm really glad I found these guys. I won't be taking my car anywhere else.

Al & Ralph are terrific. They are extremely knowledgeable and honest. I took my 2008 3 series in for a new battery and oil change and they took the time to look over the entire car pointing out some upcoming issues I would never had known about. No pressure or up selling just notes of things to be aware of in the future. They charged considerably less than the quote I got from the dealer. I will be taking my car there from now on.

The Team at A & R - Allen, Ralph, and Cathy - are superb! They have been servicing my bought/sold Mercedes's for many years, and I would not go anywhere else. They are experts in their field, trustworthy, cost-effective, professional, courteous, accommodating, and timely. They also let me know when repairs are unnecessary, or can be put-off for awhile. I really appreciate that honesty.

Honestly, I am hesitant to write this because I don't want them to get too busy for selfish reasons. That being said, they are not only honest, fast and thorough, they are just nice guys. They've serviced my wife's Mercedes since she bought it and they have gone out of the way to explain options and prices. They always get us in and finish the cars in one day sometimes in just hours. Everything they've fixed has seemed perfect. They even fixed the console for free. To top it all off, they wash your car when they are done. They are polite, grateful on the phone and will treat you with respect and great customer service. As soon as the warranty runs out on our other car we will definitely let A and R take over.
