I have been taking my 2009 ML 320 Bluetec here for years. Excellent, honest service. I have recommended A and R to all of my friends and they have exactly the same feedback. Never any guessing games when it comes to what needs to be done and how much it is going to cost.

A & R is the only place service and repair shop in the South Bay I have taken my 2005 Mercedes C240 to. I am always satisfied with the service and repair they do on my car. I have 180,000 miles on the car so maintenance is extremely important for my car and they always provide top notch service.

You ever feel good about spending money to repair your car? Of course not but at least you will feel like A&R gave you a fair deal and treated you with respect. We bring both our Mini and our BMW there. They are quick, always honest and upfront.

The team at A&R never disappoints. I moved within walking distance from them just as my 2008 335 BMW warranty was running out. I was skeptical about finding a service shop post warranty and I happened to luck out with A&R. Prices are competitive and they always do exactly what the car needs. No more, no less. They are flexible from a schedule standpoint and I've never found myself waiting or wondering where my car is. All in all: great shop, great people. I'm glad I found them.

Came here to get my car repaired after Jiffy Lube screwed me over. They were so helpful and friendly! I've learned my lesson and will never go anywhere else for an oil change!

I have taken my 3 series into A&R German three times now. Every time has been a great experience. One urgent time they were able to accommodate me asap and had the car fixed and ready later that day (water pump failure). Prices are good and service is great. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need. They are able to fit you into their schedule very easily. Highly recommended.

Great owners make this place shine. Each time I take my cars in I have full faith that it'll come out corrected. If something can't be fixed, or doesn't need to be fixed, they let me know instead of applying pressure to fix everything immediately. Excellent quality topped off with great customer service!

Beyond satisified with the service, prices and honesty of both Allen and Ralph. My car was ready for a B service and I was ready to change from the dealer to a local mechanic - boy did I get lucky with A and R. They did a great job at a reasonable price. No trying to sell "extras" that you may not need. A coulple weeks after my service I thought I might need a battery when I called they said drop by and they would be happy to check it out. Fast service and I drove out with a new battery and a great feeling.

These guys are super! I have always had outstanding service from them. As an automotive enthusiast & racer, I know when someone is trying to BS me regarding car work or repairs. These guys are as good as I have ever seen!
