Allen and Ralph know their stuff. Diagnosed and fixed a faulty ignition module quick and fast. Will go back again and again. Just hopefully not anytime soon, if you know what I mean.

Alan and Ralph are professional, extremely knowledgeable and competent beyond reproach. I had a pre-purchase inspection performed on an M3 along with a compression test; they do this for half of what most dealers charge. I was impressed by their honesty and no nonsense approach. A&R will have no problem maintaining there stellar reputation because they focus on long term relationships with their clients. I'll be recommending them to anyone and definitely plan on returning.

Friendly and quick service, clean shop, and reasonably priced. The mechanic showed me what the problem was instead of just telling me. I got my car when promised and was surprised to come back to a freshly washed car! This was my second time here and will consider A&R "my" shop from now on.

The best, saves you ton over dealer, faster service as well. They really listen and do not try and over sell you. In fact my last service I could have paid 500 or more and they told me no way I needed this service.

All I can say is these guys are awesome, They are honest ,reliable and always have done great servicing an all three of my BMWs, Never upselling me , I can and do recommend them to any one I know for BMW and MBZ Repairs
