These guys are top-notch. I've got a 2013 Mini Cooper and each and every time an issue comes up, the owners are quick to schedule a time to get me in and get issues resolved QUICKLY. The communication is also WAY above average- They take the time to explain not only the issue, but how/why the issue occurred, the chances of reoccurrence, and the repair options (If any). I've also appreciated the frankness of everyone at the shop regarding the severity of the issue- For instance, one of the repairs I had done required 3 different parts, each with a different price point. I ended up getting 2 done immediately and the next completed the following month, but the guys gave me enough info up front to feel comfortable and confident that I was taking care of the critical issues, while helping to make a contingency plan to take care of the third, less major issue the following month. Can't say enough about these guys- They beat the dealership and other shops by a mile- Give them a shot, you won't regret it.

I dropped my GL 450 off for routine service. They took care of that, identified the reason for things I had noticed and fixed those. I would strongly recommend them!

Allen & Ralph: Allen was very helpful when my son's 2008 300e cabin became filled with rain water. Allen dried it out and the estimate was less than the final price. I would highly recommend the expertise found here.

These guys are the best! Professional and so fast. Had a brake flush and oil change in under an hour by appointment and charged half of what bmw charges. Will definitely repeat!

I love the guys at A & R. I dropped by to get my brake fluid changed for I was in the neighborhood. I live in El Segundo. They took my car right away and had it done in less than an hour. This is the second time I have been here since my car is out of warranty and they save me money over the dealer every time.. Much better service each time..

I have been holding off on getting some repairs on my Benz E-Class 2008 for over a year as the quote from the dealership was rather high. I decided that I would try A & R after reading the positive reviews. Called made an appointment, received prompt and friendly service, I ended up getting four issues fixed (this was expected) for price that was significantly less than the dealership. I am glad to have cut the cord with the dealership. I will return to A & R for maintenance going forward.

After using another German sports car repair in MB for 3+yrs I switched to A&R on a recommendation. WOW what a difference. No gauged prices, and they're actually honest (i.e.: y"ou will need to do the brake pads soon , but lets wait till the light comes on to save you some money today" ) They're prompt and timely and always wash the car too - I can not believe the difference ....
