I have been bringing my 450GL Mercedes to A&R German motors for years now. Both Allen and Ralph are wonderful to work with! They have been able to fix the car as well as service the car when needed at a very affordable price and work with my budget to fix only what is necessary and come back to fix the rest a bit later. They always tell me exactly what it will cost before they start and do not keep my cars for days but in most cases have it back in the afternoon. The last time I had work done was right before a trip and called in the morning to see if they could fix it and the car was so dirty I almost didn't take it to them because I was embarrassed. Not only did they fix the car but cleaned it(yes, that is how dirty it was)! They are just awesome

Ralph is a great mechanic. He is 100% trustworthy. He obviously takes great pride in his work. The prices are more than fair. He gets the job done very quickly, usually in less than a day. What more can you ask for? I'd never go anywhere else!

Allan did a nice job at a fair price on recent first-time routine repairs. I was further impressed by his ethical action when I pointed out a new ding in my car when I returned to the shop to pick it up. He was willing to repair the damage using my ding guy after a frank discussion of the situation. The ding was fixed perfectly about a week later. I will use this shop again based on this experience.

Recently bought a 2016 BMW 6 convertible and a light came on in the car that said it needed service. Saw all the positive reviews on Yelp and decided to give them a try. Met Allen and Ralph who were both friendly and professional. In the end all I needed was an oil change and I was glad they told me that and did not try to up sell me on other items that were not needed. Respect has to be earned and they earned it today. Will definitely be back when my next service comes due.

Ralph was incredibly courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We highly recommend this company and will definitely be returning for all our Mercedes servicing needs. They are fair in pricing, fast, and follows through on what they promise to do. Best place in the South Bay for Mercedes Servicing! Tip: their shop is located on the right side after you turn on 5th street! There are other places on PCH that don't compare. Make sure to look for the huge parking lot (plus!!!) and the AR sign!
